TARGET Golf Royalty Club (TGRC) is a website that sells Green Pass to subscribed members. Green Passes can be exchanged at the corresponding venue (Merchant) for a round of golf or other service(s) specified on the ticket.

Green Passes are subjected to the Terms and conditions of TGRC and the participating Merchant. Green Passes are promotional vouchers that can be redeemed for goods or services from Merchant. The Merchant, not TGRC, is the seller of the goods and services, and the Merchant is solely responsible for redeeming Green Passes. Green Pass may not be redeemed incrementally and are redeemable on a one time basis in their entirety only, unless otherwise specified on the site or the ticket. Each Green Pass has a stated validity period that is printed on the ticket. They can be used at the golf course named on the ticket at any valid time. Green Passes are non-refundable.
Release of Green Pass Liability
When purchasing a Green Pass, you agree to release TGRC and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any liabilities, damages, claims, or injury related to any omission or act of Merchant in connection with a Green Pass or the goods or services provided in connection with a Green Pass including how it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the Green Pass or any portion thereof. The Merchant is the seller of the goods or services described on the Green Pass, and is the holder and issuer of Green Passes. Merchant is responsible for damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, injuries and illnesses caused in whole or in part by the Merchant, and suffered by a customer, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed Green Passes or portions of Green Passes. Compliance with state statutes or codes is the responsibility of the Merchant.
